From the start I was greeted by very helpful & friendly staff when I arrived early. The rooms and all of the common areas are extremely clean & new and at no point did I feel the hotel was run down or poorly managed, as with some in other cities I have stayed at. The shower room was very clean & new too. The restaurant was very handy & provided a great selection of food & beverages.

Really liked the location which was near the city and ample parking nearby. The supermarket was just across the street. The room was very neat, clean and tidy. The gym was also large and had sufficient equipment. Enjoyed my stay there.

First time in Perth with my family and looking for quick accommodation due to issues with another hotel I booked. The assistant manager was more than accommodating in our situation, very informative regarding the area with things to do/parking etc. Room was amazing and exactly what we needed. Clean, modern facilities and exceptional service from all staff. Cheap accommodation and a great location. Will definitely book again.

We booked the hotel based on the affordability and location. We were pleasantly surprised by the genuine friendliness of all staff from the moment we checked in until departure. The restaurant service was friendly, efficient and the food and drinks served were excellent. Our room was well appointed and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome place to stay. Beds were comfy. The bar n restaurant was good. Staff were super friendly. Especially Rachel she was extremely amazing. Rachel was very welcoming & accommodating. Could have a good laugh with her and felt like you had known her for ages. It's sad to say but you just don't get customer service like that much these days. We definitely need more people like her in this industry 😊

We missed a very late flight due to a delay from a previous one. We arrived in Perth late and had no where to go. I saw online there were still a few rooms available so we caught a 15 minute taxi from the airport, I was greeted friendly at 11pm and immediately was able to secure a family room with breakfast for an excellent price. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb, a great selection and excellent service. We were even able to leave our luggage in the back room for 8 hours until our next flight. Can't fault this place and will use it again when we are back in Perth.
